Saw this ad. all around the MRT......kinda makes me thinking is the Singapore government really that worried bout sexual subjects like AIDS and Birth control methods??.........But is it just contradicting itself by promoting condoms and also at the same time encouraging singaporeans to produce more babies to increase our population.....O.o!"'!!
